Safety on Location - a top priority
For all projects, a detailed assessment of the safety and security risks is done. We also monitor travel warnings from reliable government and media sources to keep this information relevant.

Information Booklet
Volunteers are given an information booklet that discusses safety, health and security while abroad. Included in this pack are emergency contacts details and advice on immunisations and travel insurance.

Keeping in-touch
Most volunteers stay in touch with friends and family back home while they are away through email, online travel blogs, and telephone calls.
