Each Travellingbug volunteer pays a £350 application fee, fixed for all projects, and for any duration.

Communtiy Development Fund
£100 from your fee is donated to the charity with which you will work. We work closely with each charity to use this money in an effective way, for example through micro-finance schemes.

Assessing both Charity and Volunteer
We establish that all partner charities have a genuine need for volunteers so that you know your time will be well used.
We also examine every prospective volunteer and ensuring they will be a real benefit to the charity and local community.
Creating and maintaining links with partner charities
We build relationships with organisations in genuine need so that we are able to offer placements to skilled volunteers and help communities around the world.
